Villa Atlanta’s story
The villa’s history is felt in every detail. Among its many notable guests was Polish artist and art critic Stanisław Witkiewicz, who sought peace, inspiration, and healing in Lovran’s mild climate in the early 20th century. His stay is a reminder that Villa Atlanta has always offered something special — a place where art, serenity, and refined comfort come together in an unforgettable experience.
Originally designed as a residence for the select few, the villa still preserves that spirit today: a retreat for those who value privacy, aesthetics, and quiet. After careful restoration, every element has retained its authenticity, while modern comforts have been discreetly integrated. Fourteen apartments offer a sense of personal sanctuary — understated luxury, clean lines, and an atmosphere where everything has its place.
